BrandSnob Privacy Policy

Effective on Feb 20, 2017.

Welcome to BrandSnob. We created the BrandSnob marketplace as a simple way for brands and influencers to collaborate. Here is  our privacy policy. Contact us here if you have any other questions.

BrandSnob owned by Burst2Life Pty Ltd ACN 160 267 836 ("BrandSnob", "we" or "us") operates an online marketplace ("BrandSnob Services") allowing users (“User” or “You”) to connect, negotiate and book social media collaborations (“Collaboration Services”) through BrandSnob's iPhone application or any other platform we may introduce in the future ("BrandSnob Platform").

Our Privacy Policy explains how we and some of the companies we work with collect, use, share and protect information in relation to our mobile services, web site, and any software provided on or in connection with BrandSnob services (collectively, the "Service"), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

  • By using our Service as a Brand or Influencer (“Users”) you understand and agree that we are providing a marketplace platform where Brands can negotiate and book social media collaborations with Influencers. This means that other Users may search for and see any content that is publically available as part of your profile or campaign brief on BrandSnob (“User Content”), make you offers, and send you private messages, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, which can be found at http://brandsnob.co/terms_privacy/TermsOfUse.html

  • Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
